* Additional Details
- Collateral items should accurately represent your brand’s identity. These collateral pieces will be inserted into the Symposium take-away bags. Examples of collateral are: brochures, pens, notebooks, wine openers, hats, etc. All collateral pieces will be paid for by the sponsor and require approval of event organizers.
- Attendee list (name and email) will be provided five business days prior to event start. Final attendee list provided within two business days following the event.
